cannot login

I've tried everything I can and I'm getting the cannot login error.

I tried the server name with and without the http://

I tried on premise and active directory.

I tried a few different user accounts.

The instance is the CRM Unique Name correct? (our friendly name is the same as unique name anyway)

Hi Mark,

 

Yes, the CRM Unique Name is what needs to be entered as the instance.

Maybe you can try with the newer version (release 2.1)

This release gives better messages in the login screen.
