Encountering "Failed to login" problem

This tool is good and it is what my company wants. However, I cannot use the tool now as I even cannot login the tool.

Can anyone give me any ideas to check whether the data inputted is correct or not.

Hi, try with removing the http:// in the servername (bug that needs to be solved) and dont forget to fill out the instance name . In the case of crm online this is the company name (as in the first part of the url)
