Cannot log in, please I need your help

Hi guys,

Thanks for offering to share this tool, I think it is the one that I'm really looking for. In fact I have about 30,000 products in my database and I need to update the product prices. I get the product updated in an excel sheet from my suppliers, so I try to import these into CRM and override my existing product, but it does not work because CRM is not allowing me to update product prices, and this is really meaningless not to allow updating records, it keeps giving me the following error "The product ID conflicts with an existing product id error code 0x80043b06".  I tried using the DMM and CRM>settings>Data Management>Import and I got the same error. Now I understand that the product ID is conflecting but CRM should give the option of reading the product ID field and if it finds ID that matches then it updates, if not then it creates the new record.

Now the issue that I'm getting using the Orbit One tool is that I cannot log-in, its throwing the following error:

just-in-time (JIT) debugging instead of this dialog box.

************** JIT Debugging **************
To enable just-in-time (JIT) debugging, the .config file for this
application or computer (machine.config) must have the
jitDebugging value set in the system.windows.forms section.
The application must also be compiled with debugging
enabled.

For example:

<configuration>
    <system.windows.forms jitDebugging="true" />
</configuration>

When JIT debugging is enabled, any unhandled exception
will be sent to the JIT debugger registered on the computer
rather than be handled by this dialog box.

Please I need your help on this guys and thank you very much in advance. Waiting your reply.
